Green Hornet
The Green Hornet - break the law to protect it
This advert drives me crazy. I keep envisioning him, the Green Hornet, racing in his car to the scene of the crime, breaking the speed limit, punishing himself for speeding, beating up some criminal who’s trying to blow up the bank, beating himself up to pay for beating someone up (or for delivering justice without trial), beating himself up again for the same offense, and again and again ad infinitum.
Also. Today I was waiting for the bus and the fallacy ‘ad misericordiam’ popped into my head. Don’t know why. Still thought I’d share it, as it doesn’t get the attention it deserves.
(So tell me, why are you writing in English again? I don’t know dude. Ok, sorry I brought it up. That’s cool, no problem.)
