Prince at North Sea Jazz. The guy is awesome. If you get a chance, go. Maybe not in combination with a whole festival though, cause I was dead tired after 10 hours of festival music before he started. Prince is best encountered with plenty energy.  After 1.5 hours in the show, Prince: “Ok, that was just to get warmed up and test the microphones. Right now,turn to the people you love, and tell them we’re about to blow the roof. ‘cause the kickdrum ain’t gonna stop. I’ll make sure of that” After 10 minutes and frequently after, Prince does a spin, grabs the mic and says: “ehh”
